Working as a strength and conditioning specialist and competing in powerlifting, I understand the process of getting into shape and gaining strength.

Studying exercise science in college and pursuing a career in physical therapy, I developed knowledge of biomechanics, human physiology, and the ability to scale progress in clients to reach their goals
